A Darker Reality

This film was a sequel to a low budget horror film I shot called Dark Reality. I reprise my role as Carey opposite Daniel Baldwin in this film produced by Jeff Allard (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and Chris Hutson and directed by Chris Kazmier. This time my character finds herself left for dead at the side of the road and is put in an institution where she is struggling to cope with three years of imprisonment at the hands of a psycho. The cops come to me for clues to the killer's identity. Playing the girl who is just this side of crazy was a great ride and I loved teaming up with the two Chris' again. My fellow victims do an outstanding job--I always say horror is the hardest genre to do right and the one that gets the least credit. This film is NOT for general audiences, take horrornews. net's advice, horror fiends only.
"Horror fiends don’t let this one slip by you, give it a chance and I’m sure that you will be quite pleasantly surprised."--Horrornews.net
"The acting is also top notch, with the actresses portraying the victims truly stealing the show. There are many long, lingering camera shots in the film and many of them deal with the terrified interactions of the women; the fact that the filmmakers did not have to cut away often shows how much talent is involved with this picture."--Shattered Ravings
